Welcome to Zenter. By downloading, installing, or using the Zenter mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

You agree to use Zenter only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio, video, and software, are owned by Crop Circle Studios Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.
Zenter offers both free features and premium subscription options. Premium features require a paid subscription. A 14-day free trial of all premium features is available for new users.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. All billing is handled by Apple according to their terms and conditions. Subscription prices are displayed in the App before purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period.
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
Zenter integrates with Apple HealthKit to provide enhanced wellness features. By enabling this integration, you agree that:
The HealthKit integration is entirely optional. The App functions without it, though some features (such as live heart rate during meditation) will be unavailable.
Zenter offers an optional Apple Watch companion app that provides live heart rate monitoring and session controls during meditation. The Watch app requires its own HealthKit authorization, separate from the iPhone app. Heart rate data streams directly from your Watch to your iPhone during sessions and is not transmitted to any external server.
Important: Zenter is designed to support general wellness and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
The content provided in the App (including meditation guidance, affirmations, frequency therapy, and wellness tips) is for informational and general wellness purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.
Zenter uses binaural beats, monaural beats, isochronic tones, and specific audio frequencies during meditation, focus, heal, and sleep sessions. These audio technologies are provided for general relaxation and wellness purposes. They are not FDA-approved treatments and are not intended to treat any medical condition.
If you experience discomfort, dizziness, nausea, or any adverse reaction while using audio features, stop the session immediately. Individuals with epilepsy or seizure disorders should consult a healthcare provider before using binaural beat or frequency-based features.
Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness program, especially if you have existing health conditions or concerns.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Your wellness data (journal entries, mood entries, session records, prompts) may sync across your devices via Apple iCloud (CloudKit). This sync is managed by Apple. We do not operate our own cloud servers for wellness data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crop Circle Studios Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crop Circle Studios Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the App or sending you an email.
Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Data stored locally on your device will remain accessible to you. Subscription cancellation and refund policies continue to be governed by Apple's terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
